WWW Virtual Library: Sociology - http://socserv.mcmaster.ca/w3virtsoclib/

I´ve never seen this page, but it looks interesting because there are lists of libraries, Institutions, Associations and courses related to Sociology. It´s like a big data base of what a Sociologist needs to know or read.

Careers in Sociology http://www.abacon.com/socsite/careers.html
In this webpage you can find a kind of descriptions and testimonials about some areas in wich a sociologist can specialize for example Urban Social Work or even Military. I think this is an useful tool, because in the early years in University students don´t have a clear idea in which area can we sociologists specialize our careers.

And the third link is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociology. It´s a short look in Wikipedia. Maybe it has to be the first approchement to the area and get any idea of what Sociology is all about: the history, the authors, the methods, the development of this science in the 20th century and the related areas to sociology.
